Under Cheesecake Bar Cookies+ Chocolate Cookies+ General+ bars

Ingredients
* 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
* 2 1/3 C. sugar
* 3 eggs
* 3/4 C. water
* 1/2 C. margarine
* 1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
* 2 C. flour
* 1/2 C. sour cream
* 1 tsp. baking soda
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1 6-oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate pieces
Directions
Combine softened cream cheese and 1/3 C. sugar, mixing until well blended. Blend in 1 egg. Set aside. In saucepan, combine water, margarine and chocolate squares. Bring to a boil. Mix well. Blend in remaining eggs, sour cream, baking soda and salt. Put into greased and flour 15.5×10.5-inch jelly roll pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over chocolate batter. Cut through batter with knife to create marble appearance. Sprinkle chocolate pieces on top. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Ingredients
* 1 1/2 C. crushed graham crackers
* 1 stick butter
* 1 C. chopped nuts
* 1 6-oz. pkg. chocolate chips
* 1 6-oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
* 1 14-oz. can condensed milk
* 1 C. coconut
Directions
Melt butter and place in 9×13-inch glass pan. Add crushed crackers and press evenly on bottom. Pour condensed milk evenly on top. Add nuts, chips, etc. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

This is another great quick and easy cookie recipe that contains milk, chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs and topped with powdered sugar.

Ingredients
* 2 cans milk
* 1 6-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
* 4 C. graham cracker crumbs
* powdered sugar
Directions
Mix milk chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs and pat in greased 10×15x1-inch cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut in squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Under Fruity Cookies+ General+ bars
These tart cookies are filled with an interesting combination of egg, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and flour.

Ingredients
* 1/2 C. margarine
* 1/4 C. sifted powdered sugar
* 1 C. flour
* Filling:
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 1 C. sugar
* 1/2 tsp. baking powder
* 3 Tbs. lemon juice
* 2 Tbs. flour
Directions
Mix as for pie crust (into little pea balls) and press into a 9×9-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Pour filling over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar after it has cooled off.

Ingredients
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 tsp. vanilla
* 1/2 tsp. baking powder
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1 C. chopped nuts
* 1/2 C. sugar
* 1/2 C. flour
* 1 1/2 C. finely cut-up, dried figs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Blend dry ingredients, mix into egg mixture. Add figs and nuts. Spread in greased 9×9-inch square pan. Bake 25-30 minutes.

These quick and easy crispy toffee bars don’t contain any egg!

Ingredients
* 1/2 lb. butter
* 2 C. sifted flour
* 1 C. nuts, chopped
* 1 C. brown sugar
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1 6-oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put butter, sugar, vanilla, and flour in a bowl. Cream and beat well. Add chocolate chips and nuts last. Spread mixture in 11×16-inch cookie sheet and press down evenly. Bake in oven for 25 minutes. Take the pan from oven while still very hot, and cut into squares. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet.
