Butter Cookies Recipe

These quick and easy cookies won’t take you longer than 30 minutes to make. They’re simple and only require butter, vanilla, sugar, egg and flour.

Ingredients
* 1/2 lb. butter
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 2/3 C. sugar
* 2 egg yolks
* 2 1/4 C. flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, vanilla. Mix. Add flour and mix well. Roll out dough and cut shapes with cookie cutters. Placed on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
