Ingredients

1 1/2 C. crushed NILLA Wafers
1 C. chopped Pecans, divided
1/4 C. butter, melted
4 8 oz. packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 C. sugar
1 C. Sour Cream
3 Tbs. flour
1 Tbs. vanilla
4 eggs
1/4 C. Caramel Topping

Blueberry Cheesecake Squares Recipe

Like a flat pie cut into squares, this dessert has a little bit of everything that everyone will love.

Ingredients

1 1/2 packets graham crackers
1/2 C. butter or margarine, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. milk
2 Tbs. powdered sugar
1 can blueberry pie filling

Directions

Roll graham crackers to fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter and mix well. Reserve 1/2 C. of crumb mixture for topping. Press the remaining crumbs into an 8×10″ pan. Chill. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Spread over chilled crumb layer. Spoon blueberry pie filling over cream cheese. Top with cool whip or whipped cream. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill until ready to serve.

Lemon Cheesecake Bars with Graham Cracker Bottom Recipe

Ingredients

CRUST:
8 Tbs. butter
1/2 C. sugar
1 C. graham cracker crumbs

Lemon Bar
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1/3 C. butter, softened
3 eggs, divided
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 C. powdered sugar
2 Tbs. lemon peel, grated
2 Tbs. lemon juice
Fine lemon flavored sugar for decoration (optional)

Directions

Prepare graham cracker crust by mixing ingredients and pressing onto ungreased 13×9x2-inch pan. Blend dry cake mix, butter, and 1 egg. Place mixture onto graham cracker crust. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in powdered sugar. Stir in peel and lemon juice until smooth. Reserve 1/2 cup; refrigerate. Beat 2 eggs into remaining cheese mixture until blended. Spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until set, about 25 minutes; cool completely. Spread with reserved cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Sprinkle fine lemon flavored sugar on top if desired.
