Under Chocolate Cookies+ General+ frosted cookies
This fudge drop recipe is extremely rich. Chocolate lovers will devour these little drops!

Ingredients
* 1/2 C. butter
* 1 C. brown sugar
* 1 egg
* 2 C. sifted flour
* 1/2 tsp. baking soda
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1 tsp. baking powder
* 1 lg. chocolate bar, melted
* 3/4 C. milk
* vanilla
* Frosting:
* 2 C. powdered sugar
* 1/3 stick butter
* 3 tsp. cocoa
* vanilla
* enough hot coffee to spread
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except those for the frosting. Form into cookie shapes. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Drop frosting on each warm cookie.

* 1 egg
* 2 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
* 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 1 tsp. baking soda
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1 C. chopped walnuts
* 4 1-oz. squares bittersweet chocolate, chopped
* 4 oz. milk chocolate, chopped
* 4 oz. white chocolate, chopped
* Glaze:
* 3 tsp. shortening
* 3 1-oz. squares bittersweet chocolate
* 3 oz. milk chocolate
* 3 oz. white chocolate

* 3 C. all-purpose flour
* 2 tsp. baking soda
* 2 C. packed brown sugar
* 1 C. vegetable shortening
* 1/2 C. butter or margarine, softened
* 2 lg. eggs
* 1 tsp. maple flavoring
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract
* 2 C. (12-oz. pkg.) White Morsels
* 1/2 C. chopped pecans
* 1 C. pecan halves (about 60)
* Maple Frosting:
* 4 C. powdered sugar
* 4 Tbs. milk (or more if needed)
* 1/4 C. butter or margarine, softened
