Extra Rich Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Grab the kids and have them help you bake these rich cookies. They can help with the mixing! Just not the egg cracking!

Ingredients
* 4 1/2 C. all-purpose flour, unsifted
* 2 tsp. baking powder
* 1 tsp. baking soda
* 1 tsp. salt
* 2 C. soft butter or margarine or corn oil
* 1 C. granulated sugar
* 1 C. brown sugar
* 2 tsp. vanilla extract
* 5 eggs
* 2 C. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
* 2 C. chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt in small bowl. Set aside. In large mixer bowl, combine butter, sugars and extract. Beat on medium speed until creamy. Beat in eggs. Remove from mixer and add flour mixture. Blend well. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, cool in pan for a few minutes and store in airtight container.
