Butterscotch Gingerbread Cookies Recipe

These cookies have the gingerbread taste, but are not best for cookie cutter gingerbread men. Still delicious, but perhaps not as exciting for the little ones.

Ingredients
3 C. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1/3 C. mild molasses
1 2/3 C. Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
