* 2 tsp. vanilla extract
* 5 eggs
* 2 C. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
* 2 C. chopped walnuts

Ingredients

    * Cookies:
    * 1 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
    * 1 C. butter, softened
    * 1 egg
    * 2 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
    * 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    * 1 tsp. baking soda
    * 1/2 tsp. salt
    * 1 C. chopped walnuts
    * 4 1-oz. squares bittersweet chocolate, chopped
    * 4 oz. milk chocolate, chopped
    * 4 oz. white chocolate, chopped
    
    * Glaze:
    * 3 tsp. shortening
    * 3 1-oz. squares bittersweet chocolate
    * 3 oz. milk chocolate
    * 3 oz. white chocolate

Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookies Recipe

Macadamia nuts add a distinctly adult flavor to these classic cookies.

Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 C. all-purpose flour
1 C. quick-cooking oats
1/2 C. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 C. coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
1 1/2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips

Directions

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, flour, oats, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Beat on low speed for 1 minute or just until smooth. Stir in nuts and chocolate chunks. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared sheets. Bake 10-15 minutes or until light golden. Cool 1 minute on wire racks or until firm on baking sheets then remove to racks and cool completely.
