Under Candy Cookies+ Chocolate Cookies+ General+ Peanut Butter Cookies+ no bake cookies
Morsels, peanut butter, marshmallows and noodles make these crunchy sweets.

Ingredients
* 1 C. butterscotch or chocolate morsels
* 1/2 C. peanut butter
* 1 C. miniature marshmallows
* 2 C. noodles
Directions
Melt morsels over hot water. Add peanut butter. Remove from heat. Stir. Add noodles and marshmallows. Blend. Drop by teaspoonfuls over waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Chill until set.

My kids love to make these and eat them. They are good anytime but we like to save it for our Christmas cookies. They are super simple. If you love chocolate as much as my family does, you will LOVE these. Hope you enjoy.

* 48 Hershey Kisses (milk chocolate or almond flavor)
* 1 C. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
* 1/3 C. granulated sugar
* 1/3 C. packed light brown sugar
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract

* Chocolate Drizzle:

Ingredients
* 2 C. granulated sugar
* 1/2 C. vegetable oil
* 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
* 2 tsp. vanilla
* 4 eggs
* 2 C. all-purpose flour
* 2 tsp. baking powder
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1 C. powdered sugar
Directions
Mix granulated sugar, oil, chocolate and vanilla. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar; roll around to coat. Shape into balls. Place about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Though they appear to be rather plain, the hidden candy inside is a fun treat! Dipped into pecans and sugar, it’s a lovely presentation for a cookie tray.

Ingredients
2 1/4 C. flour
3/4 C. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C. sugar
1 C. firmly packed brown sugar
1 C. butter or margarine, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 C. chopped pecans
48 Rolo Caramels, unwrapped
Directions
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off . In small bowl, combine flour, cocoa; blend well. In large bowl, beat 1 C. sugar, brown sugar, and margarine until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; beat well. Add flour mixture; blend well. Stir in 1/2 C. of the pecans Chill dough for a little while to stiffen. For each cookie, with floured hands, shape about 1 tablespoonful dough around 1 caramel candy, covering completely.

Chocolate cake mix and chocolate chips make a very chocolaty cookie.

Ingredients
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (2 layer)
1/3 C. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 C. chopped nuts
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With mixer on medium speed, beat cake mix, oil and egg in large bowl until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Set aside 1 c. of crumb mixture. Firmly press remaining mixture on bottom of a greased 9×13 baking pan. In small sauce pan, melt chips with condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Pour evenly over prepared crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture evenly over top. Bake at 25-30 minutes or until edges are firm. Cool; cut into bars. Drizzle with tube decorating icing if desired. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
