This is a soft, chewy, melt-in-your-mouth cookie.

Ingredients

* 1 C. sugar
* 1 egg
* 1 C. peanut butter

Directions

Mix these ingredients until they’re blended. Drop by tablespoonfuls or roll into balls & flatten with a fork in desired pattern. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-14 minutes, until golden around edges.

Yellow Cake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 C. butter, softened
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together the butter, cream cheese, egg, and vanilla extract. Add in the cake mix 1/3 at a time so that mixing is easier. Spoon mix onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
