* 2 C. soft butter or margarine or corn oil
* 1 C. granulated sugar
* 1 C. brown sugar
* 2 tsp. vanilla extract
* 5 eggs
* 2 C. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
* 2 C. chopped walnuts
