3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

These peanut butter cookies are golden brown, soft and chewy.

Ingredients

* 1 C. creamy or chunky peanut butter
* 1 C. granulated sugar
* 1 lg. egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet or by tablespoon for larger cookie. Bake until golden around edges. If desired, you can add 1/2 C. of chocolate chips or desired candy when mixing. You can also drizzle with melted chocolate chips after baking.

Ingredients

* 1 1/2 C. crushed graham crackers
* 1 stick butter
* 1 C. chopped nuts
* 1 6-oz. pkg. chocolate chips
* 1 6-oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
* 1 14-oz. can condensed milk
* 1 C. coconut

Directions

Melt butter and place in 9×13-inch glass pan. Add crushed crackers and press evenly on bottom. Pour condensed milk evenly on top. Add nuts, chips, etc. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

* 1 stick margarine
* 1 18-oz. jar peanut butter
* 1 16-oz. box powdered sugar
* 5 C. crisp rice breakfast cereal
* 1/2 block paraffin
* 1 8-oz. bar of chocolate
* 1 6-oz. bag semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Cream together margarine, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Add cereal and blend together. Let mixture sit at least 2 hours or overnight. Cover so it will not dry out. Shape into walnut-size rounds. Place on wax paper. Melt on top of double boiler the paraffin, candy bar and semisweet chips. Using a spoon that has holes, dip the balls in melted chocolate. Put on wax paper to set.

Pecan Crescents Recipe

Ingredients

* 1/2 C. butter
* 1/2 tsp. vanilla
* 1 C. finely chopped pecans
* 3 Tbs. confectioner’s sugar
* 1 C. sifted flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, add sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Add flour, mixing thoroughly. Mix in pecans. Shape into crescents and place on baking sheet. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Roll in confectioner’s sugar while warm.

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

* 1/2 C. Mazola corn oil
* 4 4-oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
* 2 C. sugar
* 4 eggs
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 2 C. sifted flour
* 2 tsp. baking powder
* 1 C. confectioner’s sugar
* 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix Mazola, chocolate and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well-mixed. Add vanilla, and stir in salt, flour and baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into confectioner’s sugar. Roll around and shape into a ball. Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.

* 1 C. shortening
* 1 C. brown sugar
* 1 C. white sugar
* 2 eggs, well-beaten
* 1 1/2 C. flour
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1 tsp. soda
* 3 C. quick-cooking oatmeal
* 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
* 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Thoroughly cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add sifted, dry ingredients, oatmeal and nut meats. Mix well. Drop from teaspoon on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees in oven. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Directions

Melt both chocolate over hot water. Combine nut meats, dates, salt and corn flakes. Add to chocolate and stir carefully until well mixed. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Chill until firm, about 1 hour.

Ingredients

* 2 C. flour, sifted
* 1/3 C. sugar
* 1/2 tsp. baking powder
* 1/4 tsp. soda
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1/2 C. butter
* 1 egg, unbeaten
* 1-2 Tbs. milk
* 1/2 tsp. vanilla
* apricot preserves
* ground nuts
* powdered sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except apricot and nuts, with low speed mixer. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out one part, spread with apricot preserves and ground nuts. Roll. Do likewise to the other two parts of dough. Bake in oven for 15-17 minutes. Cool and slice. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Cream sugar and shortening. Add pumpkin and egg to creamed shortening. Add dry ingredients, nuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes in oven.
