Under Chocolate Cookies+ Distinctly Christmas Cookies+ Peanut Butter Cookies
These oatmeal, peanut butter and cocoa cookies are simply to die for.

Ingredients
2 C. sugar
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. cocoa
1 stick (1/2 C.) butter
1/2 C. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C. oatmeal
1/2 C. coconut or pecans (optional)
Directions
Combine sugar, milk, cocoa, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and beat until smooth. Add vanilla, oatmeal and coconut or pecans, and mix well. Drop on waxed paper and let cool.

Under General+ Peanut Butter Cookies
These are Rice Krispie treats taken to the next level, tasty, delicious and easy to do. Make it with the kids.

Ingredients
1/2 C. white sugar
1/2 C. white syrup
1 C. chunk style peanut butter
3 C. Rice Krispies
Directions
In a heavy skillet, heat the sugar, syrup, and peanut butter. Stir and heat until mixture is well blended, almost to a boil. Then stir in Rice Krispies. Stir until Krispies are well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper. They harden quickly. These are tasty.

Ready to eat in 5 minutes, these extra-rich cookies can be made in a flash.

Ingredients
2 C. sugar
1/3 C. cocoa
1/2 C. milk
3 C. oatmeal
1/2 C. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 C. oleo or margarine
Directions
Mix sugar, cocoa, milk, and oleo in a saucepan. Boil it at a rolling boil for 1 minute and then remove from heat. In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, peanut butter, and vanilla. Pour chocolate in and stir well. Drop on a waxed paper and let cool. Ready to eat in about 5 minutes. If they are too soft or too hard, you just need to adjust your time for boiling it by a few seconds. Rich and delicious cookies, enjoy!!

Under Distinctly Christmas Cookies
Beautiful, delicious, and most importantly EASY cathedral cookies. Just combine, roll, and stick in the fridge!

Ingredients
12 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 C. Butter
1 C. walnuts, chopped
10 1/2 oz. Colored mini marshmallows
2 lbs. Flaked coconut
Directions
Melt chocolate chips and butter; let cool. Add nuts and marshmallows. Mix. Spoon mixture in log form across an 18″ piece of waxed paper. Coat roll in coconut. Bring paper up around roll and pinch ends of paper together to cover roll; refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours. Slice in approximately 1/2 inch thick slices and serve.
