2/3 C. sugar
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp grated orange peel
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
4 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
Grated orange peel, if desired
