Under Chocolate Cookies+ General+ Peanut Butter Cookies
Ready to eat in 5 minutes, these extra-rich cookies can be made in a flash.

Ingredients
2 C. sugar
1/3 C. cocoa
1/2 C. milk
3 C. oatmeal
1/2 C. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 C. oleo or margarine
Directions
Mix sugar, cocoa, milk, and oleo in a saucepan. Boil it at a rolling boil for 1 minute and then remove from heat. In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, peanut butter, and vanilla. Pour chocolate in and stir well. Drop on a waxed paper and let cool. Ready to eat in about 5 minutes. If they are too soft or too hard, you just need to adjust your time for boiling it by a few seconds. Rich and delicious cookies, enjoy!!

Ingredients
2 qt. popped popcorn
1 C. light corn syrup
1 C. creamy peanut butter
3 Tbs. favorite fruit jam or jelly
Directions
Measure 2 quarts popped corn into a large bowl; set aside. In medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, bring corn syrup to a boil and boil for 3 minutes, stirring slowly; remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Working quickly, pour peanut butter mixture over popcorn, tossing gently to coat. Allow to cool 10 minutes. Roll popcorn mixture into 18 2-inch balls. Press thumb firmly into center of each ball. Fill each cookie center with 1/2 teaspoon jam or jelly. Store in airtight container.

Simple to make and taste just like the real thing.

Ingredients
2 sticks (1 C.) margarine, melted
2 1/2 C. powdered sugar
1 C. chunky peanut butter
1 C. graham cracker crumbs
12 oz milk chocolate (chocolate chips or bar)
Directions
Line a 9×13″ pan with parchment or wax paper. Mix 2 sticks of butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and graham cracker crumbs. Spread mixture on the bottom of the pan. Melt chocolate (see note) and spread over mixture in pan. Let set in a cool place. Remove from pan and cut into desired shapes.
Note: You can melt the chocolate either in the microwave or in a double boiler:

Under Peanut Butter Cookies
This easy recipe is very simple. A great one to have on-hand for snacktime or a quick dessert.

Ingredients
2 C. corn syrup
1 C. peanut butter
1/2 C. cream
Corn starch
Directions
Combine the corn syrup and cream and cook to soft ball stage. Turn out onto a board lightly dusted with corn syrup. Knead with hands. Work in 1 C. of peanut butter. Shape into a long roll. Cut into small pieces. Wrap in wax paper.
Note: Obviously this recipe contains peanuts. Please check for allergies when serving to children.
