1-C. egg substitute
1-C. sugar
2/3-C. brown sugar

Drop teaspoonfuls onto no-stick cookie sheet and flatten out a little for larger cookies, leave rounded for nut shaped cookies. Put in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned. Watch them carefully so the bottoms do not burn. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and allow cooling.
